These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sentri platform. Please read them carefully before using the service.

Acceptance of Terms

•By accessing or using Sentri, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Sentri on behalf of a Discord server or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that community to these terms.
•We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sentri after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

•Sentri provides an AI-powered community operations platform that allows Discord server administrators to build and manage a knowledge base that powers automated AI responses within their server.
•Sentri is not a general-purpose AI or chatbot. It is designed exclusively to answer questions from the knowledge content you provide. The accuracy of AI responses depends on the quality and completeness of your uploaded knowledge.
•We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

•You are responsible for all content you upload to Sentri, including documents, manual knowledge entries, and any other materials used to train the AI. You must have the right to use and upload any content you provide.
•You must not use Sentri to provide illegal advice, facilitate illegal activity, harass individuals, distribute false information knowingly, or violate Discord's Terms of Service.
•You are responsible for configuring appropriate role-based permissions within your Sentri dashboard. Misconfigured permissions that result in unauthorized access are your responsibility.
•You are responsible for the actions of staff members you grant access to your Sentri workspace.

•Sentri may be used for legitimate community moderation, policy communication, member support, and operational workflows.
•You may not use Sentri to automate harassment, generate spam, or create misleading responses that misrepresent your community's actual rules.
•You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload Sentri's AI systems. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in rate limiting or account suspension.
•Sentri is not intended for and may not be used in contexts requiring certified legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice.

•Sentri offers a free Starter plan and paid plans (Professional and Enterprise). Plan features and limits are as described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
•Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
•You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
•We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
•We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal date.

•You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Sentri, including documents, knowledge entries, and any materials you provide.
•By uploading content, you grant Sentri a limited license to process, store, and use that content solely to operate the service for your server.
•The Sentri platform, including its AI pipelines, interface, and infrastructure, is proprietary to Sentri. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

•Sentri's AI responses are generated from the knowledge content you provide. While we implement confidence thresholds and source citation to minimize errors, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or misapplied.
•Sentri is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Do not use Sentri to answer questions where incorrect answers could cause harm.
•We are not liable for decisions made by your community based on AI responses. Final responsibility for moderation and policy enforcement rests with your staff team.

•To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentri's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
•We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
•We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.

•You may terminate your account at any time by removing Sentri from your Discord server and canceling your subscription.
•We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you materially breach these terms, abuse the service, or engage in activity that threatens the platform or other users.
•Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for recovery, then permanently deleted.

•These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sentri operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
•Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Sentri shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
